1. This should be a dropdown menu that is 3 levels deep. i.e: Footage -> Crops -> Barley. The dropdown menu must responsive and fold away into the position of the Number 1 in the image when viewed on smaller screens
2. The search bar should be responsive and fold underneath each other when viewed on smaller screens. The radio button list should be two rows and responsive when viewed on smaller screens.
3. The page title must be a 2 level setup that can be set using the [login to view URL] and ViewBag.TitleSubHeader. The [login to view URL] must be 2 points bigger than the [login to view URL]
4. @RenderBody() must be placed here. Using [login to view URL] I must be able to set the horizontal alignment of the body to either left or centred
5. The footer of the page must be centre aligned.
6. The layout page MUST BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE DESIGN
