A piece of cake, I can create you a simple system that will generate a link for each instagram influencer, each link will have it's own counter and all will redirect to your homepage, on a different page you'll be able to see the count of users from each link (you can assign a name to each link to make it clearer to read)

Hey there! Depending on your website CMS there could be different ways of doing your task. If CMS is wordpress, then the best option will be to create a plugin that will create URLs and will count number of request to every URL. Good luck and take care!
