Create creative video ad

I need a creative mind who can think of creative ad by looking at the video. We have a bunch of videos and audios and we need to create creative ads using those videos. Videos can be of any product or service like Day Care Service, Dog Training Company, Helmet Company, anything you can think of. Eg. [login to view URL] above video can be used by a Helmet, Condom or company that sells something for protection. Slogan - Have fun but with protection. This is a long term on-going project.
