Christmas Charity fundraising appeal letter

This is a Christmas fundraising letter that is going to be sent out by Loyola Jesuit Center. It should be approximately 1 page long (500 words). We need the final copy by Wednesday October 26 latest.
Loyola Jesuit Center is a House of Retreats, that operates off charity and donations to provide spiritual retreats, guidance, and other programs for all people regardless of their financial standing. This letter is an appeal for financial support that will be sent out to all Loyola retreatants. All proceeds will be going directly into the operations of the house.
Please keep in mind:
- the qualities of this "sacred space" that people come to Loyola for ( which can be found on the -- aforementioned website.) like Peace and tranquility
-The work we do for the poor and less fortunate, like the homeless retreats. etc. ( please see website)
-please include some other points to touch the hearts of donors so they want to contribute.
-As well as whatever else inspires you or you feel appropriate by browsing our website.
We would like to include a Christmas card with a St. Mary statue image. ( attached below) Please tie this into the underlying theme.
Please be advised, our budget is about 50 dollars.
However, we would consider a maximum budget of $150 if someone has an exception skill-set for the given project.
We're not looking for overseas writing teams, just individual freelancers. Thank you.
