Assembly line scheduling algorithm implementation in C++

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the language is c++ under linux. 1. I have done lots of related paper reading at this regard,especially I have a in depth reading and study into the book of CLR(Introduction of algorithm). And put those theories on paper or book into real practise by endless coding. 2. I have a project that is done by using the dynamic algorithm from CLR , that is Using dynamic programming technique to find out the longest common Sub-sequence of two texts. and using Dr. Hirschberg(Princeton university)’s divide and conquer algorithm to improve the storage efficiency from previous O(n*n) to O(n)
