I would like someone to help us with writing a terms of service agreement for a product that will allow individuals to own an e-commerce website through us and we take a small percentage on their sale. It is similar to Shopify however our service is at a lower price but with higher transaction fees. I am looking for candidates who have written service agreements before, preferably subscription based agreements.
