Skilled publicist with proven results

I am looking for a highly skilled publicist/publicity professional who is familiar with australian media. I need 3 email bodies written and 3 email subject headings to match the press releases (already written) which will be provided to you. The emails only have to be between 100-150 words in length but need to draw the attention of the reader to open the attachment. This is the same for the email subject heading which needs to capture the attention of the reader to open the email. You will need to closely use the press releases to come up with something clever. This is only a small project. Only people who begin their proposal with "the sky is green" will be considered.
