Are you in for a challenge? We have a website that sells computer software for end-users, the address is www.macecraft.com. Do you think you could improve the site's conversion ratio (the ratio on how many visitors are converted to customers)? If you think so, please make a bid on how much you want to start the project. We will pay the price you bid in any case. But: If you can increase our conversion ratio we will give you a bonus of $100 for each increase of 10%. In other words, double our conversion ratio (i.e. 100% increase) and you'll get a bonus of $1000, or increase our sales of 5% and you'll get a bonus of $50, and so on. The thing works like this: you tell us what to change, we do the changes and measure the impact on our sales with Google Webiste Optimizer and give you the reports as well (so that you know we don't cheat you and report smaller improvements than what actually were resulted) If you require major changes (such as new layout to the site or new graphics), you must do the work for us. All smaller changes (changing of copy to something you write for us, changing of colours, changing of fonts etc) we can do ourselves. Note: The bonus doesn't apply if the value of our average order decreases, for example, we won't decrease the price of our products to $1 just to increase our conversion rate. We also reserve the right to select what changes we are willing to test and what we are not.
