Long Term Content Creator for Real Estate Company

The Role is to create marketing content- based off known ways to sell Vacant Land.

You will be Creating Pictures, Descriptions, Videos, and Valuable information to assist in the selling process.

We will copy and paste all the info you create and post it online on marketing platforms

Many Platforms we use to sell properties online have regulations which dont allow certain types of pictures or descriptions. So we will have to adapt to the requirements for each platform.

We will be in communication with our marketer to understand what these requirements may be.

This role will have to work with another team Member (Our marketing Department) in order to minimize any upcoming obstacles when it comes to posting content on platforms that we use to sell the properties.

You will be trained through Tutorial videos and written descriptions.

We also do a weekly training session every Tuesday that you will have to attend.

Here is some but not all of the tasks that you will be required to perform for each property we acquire.

Verify coordinates of property and add to Property Description document

You need good Online copy Skills, A good Fast Computer for downloading and uploading pictures and Videos, Good investigative skills to find attractions in the area of the property.

We are creating online Content to Sell Real Estate. This position is valuable and tremendously important. You can use these skills to help you sell many other properties, or online services.

Ultimately we want you to grow with us as a company and be a partner along the way.

$$$$$We are offering a Per Property Salary. For Each listing (Called a listing Package)$$$$

Then after we have you trained up, we will add $$$$commission on to each sale for every property we close.

We will tend to need at least 4-5 property packages a week and it could increase. We will intend to sell 1-2 a week.

As the company grows you have the opportunity to train another assistant to do your roles now, and will move on to more advanced Content based Marketing Strategies.
