Info generator on a website page

Hi! My name is Hijin and I manage an NGO that sends high school students on exchange programs abroad. Our organization is very small and still starting, but I wanted to expand it in the next 3 months - particularly wanted to improve the User Experience of our website. So I was wondering if anybody could help me with a thing I have been imagining for years now, there are in total 3 different projects. You can choose any one of them and contact me if you know how to do it! 1. This might be the easiest one - so there are only about 12-15 programs in total that students can choose from. But they all differ by type: the destination country, the purpose of the program (like a study program or a culture program or a home-stay), age criteria, duration (1 week to 1 year) or even what other qualifications they need to have (like language skills). I just wanted the students to enter our website, type in their preference or info - and bam! all the possible programs they can apply for comes up. And they can see all their options in one page instead of opening up a bunch of tabs and trying to compare their price and dates (at which point we might even lose their interest and lose a possible customer). 2. This is kind of like a separate portal where all the alumni can log in and get each other's info that isn't available to the public but only available to them. I'm imagining this can only be achieved by having them registered with an account and stuff. But the alumni can easily log in, change or update info (like if they got hired to a new company or started at university), check the info they want to be seen to other alumni, check the info they want to be seen by the public (and this will automatically be displayed on a page of our website too - like connected), change their profile pictures etc. And then there are some info only the admins can put - like the name and dates of the programs they participated in. 3. This third one is kinda like an internal system where the staff can access and change stuff, but also can be automatically generated onto documents and materials that we need day-to-day. For example, it would have a calendar inside that lists out all types of different programs' deadlines and event dates(orientations or contract meetings) and then the info of our students (which then can automatically generate it's own pdf's: like visa invitation letters, school absence requests, or list of important dates that they need to see for the program they were accepted to.) I'm guessing this would be the most complicated one but I believe automating and centralizing all daily tasks onto a system like this would save us a lot of time, mistakes and money in the future for sure and we are willing to invest. So let me know if you can do any of the above 3, any one of them, and we'll get to working! It would be great if you have also made something similar before or help me visualize what you have in mind after reading my terrible descriptions which hopefully made us end up on the same page!
