Would like to hire a professional to answer customer phone calls coming from our customer using the bike share service. Working hours preferred to be 9 am - 9 pm EST (pay with phone call answered), but we don't expect you will receive phone calls all the time. In April-July, it will be 10-30 calls at average per day. From July to Nov, it will be 30 more calls per day.
Prefer to have the availability 24/7.
Fluently speaking in English and Spanish is preferred.
