I need an experienced web coder

Hi I am wondering if you can Help me. I need a coder. I have a square space site. I have e-commerce sent up for 1 transaction. But I want one that has a form that someone would fill ut to select more than one delivery date, select options for what kind of item they want small medium large for each date. Charge the credit info for the first payment and then like 4 days before the second item is supposed to be delivered I want it to send a e mail reminder and give the customer the options to cancel the next order or upgrade the order or confirm the payment? is this something you could do? I need the code for it. We have the website and the e-commerce built. We just need the other pieces filled. Let me know if you can or know of anyone that can?!
