I would like a shield for an Arduino Uno that monitors mains voltage, load current and phase controls the ac to allow a percentage selection through code. The shield will also need a temperature sensor to monitor enclosure internal temperature and a 16x1 ribbon hookup for an LCD. It will need 3 wire canbus hookup The input power will be 120/240 with a 2000/5500 watt load.
I will write the software, I need the circuit design completed, a pcb plan and pick list for digikey. I would like the schematic and board provided in eagle and in the 4pcb format.
My other expectations, this is mains connected so I expect it to be safe.
I am currently using okura LP-427 for the power supply feeding an H11AA1 for the zero cross, an MOC3020 for the triac trigger, Q6040J7TP triac, ACS 712 for current monitoring. I have not prototyped the CANBUS circuit or the temperature monitoring circuit, however, I would think the CANBUS would be accomplished with an MCP2515 and MCP2551 and the internal temperature monitor with perhaps a DS18B20.

I can provide a two layer PCB design with Ardunio shield format with using mainly 603/805 SMT parts.
I am little bit concern about Powering 5kW laods (21A) as we meed to make sure 30A current should pass through the PCB.. I think it is better to go for a current sensor which uses coil.. and pass the 30A cable via this current loop sensor.
