Automate phone call recording, transcription, and documentation

We are looking for a skilled freelancer who can help us automate the process of recording, uploading, transcribing, and documenting phone calls. The process should include the following steps: Record phone calls using a suitable tool (e.g. CallRecorder, Rev). Upload the recorded calls to a cloud storage service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox). Convert the audio file to text using a speech-to-text tool (e.g. Google Speech-to-Text, IBM Watson Speech-to-Text). Summarize the important points from the call using natural language processing (NLP) techniques (e.g. GPT-3, BERT). Generate a draft follow-up email based on the summarized information using text generation tools (e.g. GPT-3). Document the call in a Sharepoint folder or document. We are open to using a variety of tools and technologies to achieve this, but the solution should be efficient, accurate, and easy to use. The freelancer will be responsible for setting up and configuring the necessary tools, as well as testing and debugging the automation process.
