Dutch Speaking Call Center Agents needed

We are in need of Dutch speaking Call Center Agents to handle a variety of customer support and sales calls. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in both Dutch and English, as the calls will require fluency in both languages. We are looking for 4-7 agents to join our team and fill this role. The primary responsibility of these agents will be holding customer service conversations on phone, chat and mail for a SaaS B2B company. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a natural instinct for understanding the customer’s needs. A keen attention to detail, focused listening capabilities and a friendly and professional demeanor are also essential requirements.
