We at ASAP Credit Repair have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Agent who is passionate about customers, and helping others improve their lives by guiding them through the credit repair process with integrity, discipline, and consideration for each client’s individual case. Job Expectations: Be able to make at least 300+ phone calls per day. Have a positive attitude Excellent script retention Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Remain in a stationary position 95% of the time Constantly operate a computer and phone Sales experience is a plus! Bilingual in English and Spanish Required skills: Careful attention to detail when multitasking and listening Excellent communication, written and verbal Ability to follow directions Patience and Empathy in any situation Typing with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling in English Ability to work rotating Saturdays WPM 50+ preferred Script retention Ability to make 300+ calls after training
