Need a Colorado Licensed Structural Engineer to finalize and seal foundation design for addition to a 1900's Cripple Creek House. Architectural drawings are complete w/ proposed frost wall foundation layout. 880 sf footprint 20' x 34' and 20' x10' . The preliminary foundation design uses cat in place concrete. The preferred design is to use cast in place concrete footing with masonry (CMU) stem walls. Prelim drawings are available in Revit and Autocad
