Windows App in C# with Azure SQL Database Education Project

OVERVIEW This is a simple desktop Windows Application written in C# connected to an Azure SQL database. The application will be deployed to 3 workstations which will all use the Azure SQL database concurrently to store records. OBJECTIVE This is purely for educational purposes for myself as I am starting to learn C#, SQL and Azure. I would not pursue this particular architecture in real life. As such the project will have two phases, development and explanation/walk-through. PHASE ONE (DEVELOPMENT) FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS 1.) The windows desktop application This needs to be a desktop windows form style app (not a browser app). It is a simple roledex application with the following user fields: Name, Email, Telephone, City. It will use the built in windows navigation control to manage records as expected. It will store records in the Azure SQL DB in one table. 2.) Azure SQL DB One table to hold the data from the app above. NON-FUNCTIONAL Requirements 1.) Deployment to three workstations all which connect to Azure DB by internet. 2.) As determined by the developer through questions to the project owner PHASE TWO 1.) Deliver source code to project owner as 100% viewable through Visual Studio 2017 Communitiy Edition 2.) Teamviewer walkthrough of source code and Azure set up with 1 hour of explanation, demonstration and education. (In English) Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
