Windows 10 app to display clickable information about our business when user clicks icon in the system tray

Pin icon to Windows 10 system tray so that it is always visible. When icon is clicked, a window opens with the contents described below. The Window remains open until it is closed by user clicking the x in the upper right corner of the window. There should be a standard looking Windows menu bar across the top with the x for closing in the right corner. Other application windows may open on top of the app window. App window should display properly and be reasonably legible on all common tablet, laptop and desktop display resolutions and sizes. The app window should open so that its lower right corner is in the lower right corner of the display. The app should have an installer for unattended installation and a standard Windows uninstaller. As part of installation process, the app should be configured to run on system start up so that the icon is always visible in the system tray. Start up state is Window closed with only the icon visible in the system tray.
