Ciao. Ho già fatto diversi lavori simili a quello che richiedi, bootloader e aggiornamenti firmware su vari processori. Ad esempio, il caso più simile al tuo, scaricava l'aggiornamento firmware da Ethernet sulla flash esterna; successivamente l'STM32 avviava il bootloader e si auto-aggiornava. Sentiamoci in chat per maggiori dettagli. Mi sembra di capire che hai bisogno anche di un sw Windows ad-hoc per inviare l'aggiornamento da USB. Il costo dell'offerta penso sarà da rivedere in base alle indicazioni che mi darai.
