I'm C# developer. I'm experienced with Xaml (WPF) technology as I worked in Microsoft in AppFactory program for developing Windows 8 and Windows Phone Apps. I have already developed application such as inventory management system, accounts management system, payroll management system and other systems related to a company's day to day work using WPF technology.

The application will allow user to create question with some fields. for example Question, 4 Options and description about the answer. The selection of question will be random and it will not be displayed again if it has been asked once. I have more than 4 years of experience in IT industries. I have developed many kind customized desktop application in my career. So, I think it will be easy for me.

Based on your description (is this what you are looking for ?) : - main window for create/delete/edit or answer a selected quiz - on create , you would need to add questions to it - edit: remove, add questions. - answer the quiz : what to do with the results ? (collect data,give points based on performance or something else) I have developed some projects (image processing, gesture recognition) with wpf for the past year.
