C# code is needed to perform the following 1- detect cameras (IP cameras on the network and USB cameras connected to the machine), manually adding camera is required. 2- show and record a video from the selected camera using the format chosen by the user, recording and saving should be during the show to prevent losing the whole recording in case of power disconnection.. 3- playback the recorded video in the same window. Notes: The code should be 1- provided and run on visual studio 2017 2- compatible with 32 and 64 bit systems
