Property Management in MVC SQL

This project related to property management and would have to gather details about form1, form2, form3, form4, form5 from supervisor. Form details would be shared later. The gathered data needs to be represented in grid view as well export to excel and mail.
Different user roles - A person would capture and submit the data; Another person would approve or reject - In case of approval would submit to senior person; Senior person would approve or reject.
The Freelancer should have good skills in MVC, client validations skill, business logic handling, SQL Stored procedures and design rich UI. The Freelancer has to show case the previous project handled in similar technologies. The Freelancer has to take care of hosting the project as well, FTP credentials would be shared so the person has to take responsibility in hosting.
We need this project within max of 1 week time. People serious and dedicated and can handle with in a week alone apply. Account Manager and Sales and Companies can be excluded. Expecting Dedicated and result oriented Freelancers.
Expecting daily status call and demo daily with result oriented.
Expected budget in the range of 100 USD.
