Finding C# expert

I am looking for a C# developer to work with me on our CRM reporting functions. Primary responsibility is to grasp our current solution and use it.
Currently, the application is console-based within Visual Studio 2019 community edition and the code is hosted at [login to view URL] using a shared git repository. Six days a week, we download two datasets (csv) from our CRM and update local SQL Server v2016 tables. Then we run code against these and use EPPlus to create Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and email these to salespeople, managers, and decision-makers.
Ideally, you appreciate agile methodologies. Business conditions change often and the abilities and attitudes from this way of thinking are very helpful. Also, solid object-oriented thinking as a programmer.
Basic requirements:
You’ve made the paradigm shift to object-oriented thinking as a programmer.
Positive outlook, flexible, good communication skills.
You have a home office from which you can go online and work on code.
You have availability for phone calls and virtual meetings during daytime hours.
You know C# like the back of your hand.
This project will include:
Understand our business needs.
Learn how our current solution works.
Make changes as we need.
Make new reports as we need.
Initially, this is a contract position however this could lead to a permanent full-time position based on your interest and performance on the job.
