Dear Client, I read the project description and am very eager to work on it. I will develop the Raspberry Pi script to send the message in response to button presses. I will also provide a webpage where the Raspberry Pi settings can be configured by the user. Since I am a Golang developer, I will create the Windows SQL application/server using Golang, and it will perform the same. Since I am a Raspberry Pi expert, I am confident about completing this project as needed within the required timeline.
