I would like a program able to accommodate a football league (for personal use). This league should include a variable number of teams available to be created, a schedule in which all teams play each other home and away, and a league table including games played, goals for, goals against, goal difference and points. The key feature would be that the program is able to simulate individual games using a number of variables from either team involved in the game, including but not limited to the teams skill, the quality of their manager,
their fitness level, etc. Also, a final feature that should be included is the saving of and ability to view previous results (if this wasn't already made clear when I mentioned the program generating a schedule)
Features accomodating the inclusion of individual players are not required for this commission and if the programmer does include them, I would not pay extra as I have stated that it isn't required.
A realistic budget for this project (note: I haven't asked for any graphics, and a relatively simple text program that accomodates all of these features is sufficient) would be on the lower end of the suggested budget by the website.
