the app. should be a small web based calculator,

users give about 5 or 6 variables after questions or in a box, with a small amount of pregiven variables (from a small database?) the calculations have to be made with some if's or if not.

I have a sample in excel without the , .and, .iif) etc.

it would be nice if it runs on windows to or on a smartphone ;-)
