I am start tech entrepreneur , my business do tender publications and offer marketing services , sell ads space.

I need to start broadcasting of messages on whatsapp to multiple groups[100+] on same time , enable to set time schedule for broadcasting , get reports of broadcasted messages [ delivered , opened] , people to subscribe and enable me to collect their personal data and store .I have been trying check if WhatsApp Bot with API can perform what i mentioned above but i am not getting the answers
