I need a program - real-time 3D environment for architecture (type environment unity) where you can import files with extension dae dwg skp 3ds 3dmax created with sketchup with their respective photographic textures (sketchup 3d max or autocad in 3d) and to be able to obtain as a result images Rendered and navigable virtual tours with keyboard and mouse can also configure color and brightness of textures, the sun in its position by the shadows .. and that can be forming the graphical environment in a file to use it in various projects ... Necesito un programa - entorno 3d en tiempo real para arquitectura (tipo entorno unity) donde pueda importarle archivos con extensión dae dwg skp 3ds 3dmax creado con sketchup con sus respectivas texturas fotográficas (sketchup 3d max o autocad en 3d) y poder obtener como resultado imágenes renderizadas y recorridos virtuales navegables con teclado y raton pudiendo configurar ademas color y brillo de texturas ,el sol en su posición por las sombras..y que pueda ir formando el entorno grafico en un archivo como para usarlo en varios proyectos…

He notado que buscas un freelance para realizar una escena en unity 3d la cual puedas utilizar para luego importar modelos personales, yo modelo con 3ds max y ademas he realizado muchos proyectos con unity3d asi que se lo que necesitas, (Por favor ve algunas muestras en mi portafolio). Se me ocurre para este proyecto en particular, realizarte una escena en unity 3d con sus respectiva GI (iluminacion Global), un FPC (firts Person Controler) y una guía de como poder importar tus modelos con sus texturas para luego utilizar estas herramientas como un juego donde podras caminar y explorar la escena y sus modelos ademas de poder manipular el sol. Hola buenas tardes, soy Marti, que tal ? Lo que pides es algo que he trabajado ya y tengo experiencia en el tema. Un amigo me pidió que le hiciese un proyecto similar para su inmobiliaria y miramos mucho sobre el tema. Así que no partiremos desde 0 ya hay un camino recorrido. Por el mismo precio te puedo incluir incluso que pueda usarse con realidad virtual. y ademas lo puedo compilar también para android. Seguramente funcionara sin problemas en teléfonos de ultima generación como el galaxy S7. lo digo porque tengo un lenovo zuk z2 que lleva el mismo hardware que el S7 y puede con casi todo. " tiene la potencia de dos ps3 juntas, para explicártelo rápido" puedo integrar periféricos virtuales para que se pueda controlar el entorno incluso simular botones. mira mi aplicación daft gun en mi perfil para entender esto ultimo que te explico. Me tendrías que explicar exactamente como lo quieres, pues dependiendo de lo que quieras, puede ocupar mucho tiempo y puede ser también mucho trabajo. Es algo que estaría bien que pudiésemos detallarlo más. Gracias y un saludo.
