I am building a UK-centered, forum-based, online debating website which inspires and promotes young people to raise their voice to important issues.

I have created the basic aesthetics for the website ([url removed, login to view]) and I am using Wordpress as my CMS. However, this site needs to be fully focussing on an interactive forum, which means I need back-end programming to create it. According to my research, it may be best to use Django as the framework and write the back-end code in Python. As I only have beginner skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript, I do not have the expertise to write this code yet.

Therefore, I will need a back-end programmer to build the forum, switch to a new CMS which is better to use for a forum site, and set up a CRM system with HubSpot or Mailchimp. This needs to be built around the aesthetics I have created for standardisation, although this is flexible.
