I am a structural engineer from India, I have experience in design and drafting of tower structures in USA and Canada. so I am familiar with the AISC standards and imperial system. I saw your staad model and section sets, I think it's better to use Advance steel (Autodesk software package for steel detailing) for your structure. It will reduce lot of time when any structural modifications required in future. It is automated to produce fabrication drawings and BOQ. we also get a 3D model of the entire structure, it can be used to stimulate the architectural design. AutoCAD is great tool but Advance steel is good for detailing of steel structures. I have experience in both the packages. please give your comments on my suggestion and message me to discuss in detail
