I have a 205 sqm Corporate Office interior design that I have modeled in Sketchup and need to draft as 2D plans and drawings in AutoCAD to prepare for tender / construction. I need somebody who knows and has experience with drafting for building construction and is particular with details. I will provide the drafting standards (such as templates, call-outs, etc.), sketches and annotations. You will need to export sections and possibly details from sketchup and may have to adjust those exported dwgs as sketchup does not do it "cleanly" (i.e. a lot of unnecessary lines that need cleaning up). I will be on call for this project for any questions and we will collaborate closely together. Please understand that the nature of this job requires some going back and forth, a few minor adjustments and revisions so you will have to factor these in. I am able to do all these but I am pressed for time so I need external help. For the general list of drawing sheets (A2 size layout) 01 01 FLOORPLAN - Entire Project, with FFE Layout (labelled) 02 FFE & FINISHES Layout only 02 01 RCP - Entire Project with Lighting Layout 02 RCP DETAILS - Section details of ceiling works 03 RCP DETAILS - Section details of ceiling works 03 01 LIGHTING LAYOUT - Entire Project 02 SWITCHING LAYOUT 04 01 "POWER LAYOUT - Entire Project Airconditioning Layout Cabling Layout (telephone, internet)" 05 SECTIONS (14 sections) 06 JOINERY WORKS (15 in total, 7 of which we need to detail ourselves, the rest for supplier shop drawings) 07 01 DOOR SCHEDULE - Entire Plan 6 types of doors, 12 doors in total 08 01 GLAZING SCHEDULE (general schedule and intent only, shop details and drawings to be fulfilled by supplier) See the uploaded plan for a general look and ask me questions before bidding.

After checking your pdf, i understand that you'll have a lot of unused lines after exporting to autocad, but you need more than cleaning features, for all layouts...
