Hello Client, I have carefully read your request and understand that you need a modest architectural design of a four storey building (3 suspended floors), which will include structural design, electrical design and mechanical design. Foundation. I support your idea of concrete piling foundation. This is due to the nearness of the site to the ocean. By inspection, the dept from the top layer of the soil to the bed rock which is to support the foundation of the building will actually be very deep. Roof framing system: I recommend that we use steel trusses for the roof. However if we decide on a concrete roof top, concrete treatment most be done.
