World of Warcraft Data Collector - Server/Website Solution

Hi there, I have a website about World of Warcraft, and it’s a large database with information about the game. I want to expand my website, so therefore I am looking for a complete makeover of the website. I am looking for a complete solution with a highly professional team who are able to handle a large project with web design, project management, programming & test and SEO. I want to put a project manager who are able to administrate the project fully & smoothly including advice, documentation, and client contact to handle the project. The designer creates sketches/layout of the website and designs the website in modern World of Warcraft style, with great usability and integration. Moreover I am looking for an experienced programmer who is skilled with .NET/ASP & LUA (World of Warcraft UI Language). It is a must that the candidate is knowledgably with all the programming languages to fulfill and understand the task. Also take part of latest programming standards/technology including comment code and make it fully reusable. Moreover the candidate must also know about TCP/IP sockets to send the data from the client to the server and output them on the website. You must have World of Warcraft installed on a test computer to create the application process, so you will need a registered World of Warcraft Account. Also the candidate should have knowledge to XHTML/XML/RSS so the output are made very SERP/SEO friendly. The database should be very similar style and functionality to World of Warcraft Database with a different design/layout. Project Management & Research / Test 20% (approx 80 hrs) Here is the time to do the research and plan the project correctly, get the full data and overview to handle this project optimized and smoothly. Create the website & solution approx 35-40% (200 hrs) Output the World of Warcraft data on the website in ASP/XHTML/RSS files. The Data should be reading from the database on schedule basis and outputted as HTML/XML/RSS and shown on the website. The Web solution should not be based on pre-builds CMS systems, so therefore the system shall be build from scratch with carefully planning & smart thinking of reusability and redesign. Moreover the website should be coded in ASP and not any other languages. The solution shall be able to work/tested in all major browsers, clean code that is wc3 validated in latest XHTML standard.
