I have a part completed project in a niche sporting market which I need help to complete. I need a couple of people to come on board to get this product completed and into the market ASAP. Primarily Iâm after someone who is prepared to complete the technical build and a second person who can then take charge of the marketing effort and get customers on board. There is no money for these roles, but instead a % of the profits will be paid. Essentially these people will become directors and shareholders in the company and weâll all be responsible for the future success of the site. For the developer role Iâm looking for a seasoned developer in the ASP family. Ideally you will have ASP.NET MVC experience, but Iâm also open to developers who want to extend their knowledge in this area. I need someone who I can bounce ideas off but who also has the ability to contribute their own suggestions. This person will turn my ideas into reality and be able to do so with minimal supervision and as quickly as possible. Other skills required: JavaScript, jQuery, nHibernate, CSS, HTML and AGILE/SCRUM methodologies. The marketing person will need some experience in SEO, and web based marketing techniques. Ideally this person will also have some experience with offline marketing of online services, especially surrounding a start up with very limited funds. One of the biggest requirements for all of these roles is an active Interest in Football and ideally refereeing. An active referee with some knowledge of league administration and/or referee appointments would be ideal. Location is unimportant at this stage, although an excellent command of English is a prerequisite as understanding is key and there is no room for language misinterpretation.
