Do they call in an IT technician every time something breaks? How do they budget for possible IT expenditure? Are their IT systems optimized to make them as efficient as possible or are their IT systems simply running the same old way they always have? (Our company offers outsourcing of IT services and this article will be a lead magnet for one of our marketing campaigns. So it needs to provoke an interest in IT outsourcing for the reader and be in favor of IT outsourcing.) Content: Try to work out the content from what I wrote above about the purpose of the article.
