M.S. in transportation thesis (introduction and review of related literature) 2

I will just start with the introduction and review of related literature now but within the next 4months, I want to complete the entire thesis and I prefer to continue the work with the same freelancer until the end. the introduction should be about the estate of the past, present and the future of the Philippines railway. aside from that it should also estate the face or the condition of the railway and how are the plannings are done. also In recent years, there has been a potential to expand the current 77 kilometers railway to more than 320 kilometers by end of 2020. But there are questions arising, "Is Metro-Manila ready for such expansion? (the format for the overall thesis is attached) here is the format for introduction: It can be divided into six parts. In Part 1 (the setting or context or frame of reference) are a general statement(s) about a field of research that provides the reader with a preview of the problem to be reported. In Part 2 (the review of previous research), the contextual setting of frame of reference described in Part 1 is continued by giving more statements about the general aspects of the problem already investigated by other researchers. In Part 3 (the gap of missing information) are statement(s) that indicate the need for the study or the need for more investigation. In Part 4 (the statement of purpose) are very specific statement(s) pertaining to the objective(s) of the study. In Part 5 (the statement of value) are statement(s) that give the significance of carrying out the study. And in Part 6 (the scope and delimitation), it is indicated what the study covers and what it does not or fails to cover. (it is limited to Metro-Manila area as the only active railway currently is in metro manila and the expansion plans as well only includes metro manila) aside from that for now I just need at least 6 review of related literature which the format can be found attached.
