Technical Writer for Report Summarizing Engineering Experience

Looking for a Technical Writer in order to summarize a person's industrial engineering job experience, subdivided in 3 episodes (1 episode per company/project).
The output files are a 15 pages (approximately) report and a 1.5 pages summary statement chart.
Files provided:
-Guidelines to write the output files.
-Output files / reports examples (to use as reference).
-Draft information/brainstorm of the person's 3 episodes.
First Step: A call would be done to go through the files and make sure we are aligned with the guidelines.
The writer should wrap his/her head around the requirements and adhere to them before starting.
The writer would go through the provided draft summaries / brainstorm (per episode), to plan and indicate if more information is needed to write according to the requirements.
The first milestone would be a draft of the first episode.
