Service description (Social Networking Website)

I am looking for a freelancer to re-write the description of my service which is a social networking website. The resulting document needs to contain a detailed specification which I will use to engage with various contractors (IT, design, research etc.), in total around 6 pages. The work involves a certain level of research to compare my service with others and highlight the pros and cons.
I will provide the brief in a 4 page document I prepared and discussions over the phone / Skype. Whilst the basics are in the document I will provide, the content needs to be improved or even completely re-written and details added.
My budget for this work is in the region of $500 but we can agree a final figure once I will share the brief with you.
Absolute requirements:
Your first language must be English and you must have a minimum of 10 years experience in copywriting.
Please provide examples of previous work (articles, product description etc.)
