SMART GOALS vs SWAT GOALS
Somewhere along the line you have probably run into the SMART Goal. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-based – all feature as guidelines to help you towards success, and they’re fine but I think a few additions may help you to stay motivated to drive towards that goal.

Now the W in SWAT comes into play. Why? Why do you want to achieve this goal and how will it make a positive impact on your life?
WHY – To go on a one-week trip to Fiji, to relax, unwind and reward myself for a year of hard work.
