We are seeking a current certified fitness trainer (will require confirmation of credentials) to create a 6 week home workout program (along with images):
• Opening copy on why this workout is ideal for busy people at home and why it works.
• 6 weeks of HOME workouts (Minimal equipment used and if any used, stick to dumbbells. This also needs to be ideal for people of all exercise levels. So maybe an AMRAP format?)
o Thoroughly explain workout structure (sets, reps, duration, how often, etc.)
• Corresponding images for each exercise (can reuse images throughout the 6 weeks if the exercise is used multiple times). These are required. Let us know if video would be available.
• A short description of how to perform the exercise (can reuse descriptions throughout the 6 weeks if the exercise is used multiple times).
• Your bio along with headshot image.
• 4 catchy title suggestions for the program.
• You agree that upon payment of product, ALL rights belong to DIY Active and the content cannot be reused in any other format.
This will open the door for future workouts and content creation is it goes well.
