I need someone to develop an App for Facebook.
1. User gives Permissions to the App on Facebook
2. The App allows User to Rate Friends on Certain Parameters.
3. One may also Rate Facebook Users who are not friends
4. Option to give ratings anonymously
5. Based on Ratings a Ladder to be generated Ranking every User
6. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum clubs
7. Send request asking for Ratings
This only a pilot project...
Plan is to have a full fledged Mobile App After this.
