Hey mate, I would like to know more about your app. I've read your project description and I would need to know your exact requirements to better estimate the cost to develop your app. In my day job, I work as a Software / Mobile Developer for a Brisbane Software Company which has a built in accounting package to the Software so I have a pretty good understanding about this and I freelance after hours and on the weekend. Do you have any mock ups, wireframes, or supporting documentation to outline the exact requirements for your app? Since you're after an app developed for all devices, I am assuming you would prefer a cross-platform or hybrid type of app, which is fine but I can also develop native apps which is what is generally recommended.
