Residential Landscape Design

Need a landscape design master plan for residential project. Homeowner to perform the work over time, so the plan should be easy to understand and implement. Homeowner will provide a scaled property map and photos of the existing property. Your job will be to come up a low-moderate maintaince landscape design. A color rendering of the project or some sort of Landscape CAD or preview of the final landscape look would be nice. Subject property is on a 1/2 acre lot with a 2000 sq ft home. Home is located in Palestine, Texas 75801.
