15 second animated video of two people dancing

I need to make a 15 second long video clip. Containing two people dancing to a song ( I will give you what song later). The background need to be New York city, but I can provide you a background movie clip to use. What is important is that the animated characters look like the two people in real life. I will provide some images. This is the most important thing. And I need it done in 2 days.
