I need my original Flash animations re-animated in Unity 3D using the 2D tools

Hello, I have 8 animated stories, each about 30 seconds long. I will need them re-animated using the 2D animation tools in Unity. I would need these separate so my programmer can code each action according to my game specs. This will be a precursor to more animations to follow in Unity (2D) as, we are expanding the stories and I have 2 more games that need to be re-animated in Unity. Since this isn't a critical as most of my games I will break down your bid into 8 payments (that will be made once I can confirm you've completed an animation in Unity). I don't have 8 stories (only 7). But I have a few miscellaneous animations that I would like done. I'll include 1 example so you can see the quality of animation I'm looking for. Sliding feet I'm ok with. I designed certain scenes that way. You don't have to worry about creating artwork; however everything is in Flash. I do see where there is a plugin where you can import flash animations into unity but I want the files as small as possible, yet still able to look OK on all iOS devices and android ones. I feel the Unity 2D tool would be best for this. Regarding milestones, don't bother. Once you complete 1 animation (and my programmer tests it), I will pay you. We will then repeat this process until all the animations are done. If you fine with this please bid. If not, I understand and thank you for reading this far. I re-iterate, look at the animation and judge for yourself how long something like that would take. I can do these fairly quickly in Maya/ Max but I want it animated in Unity. Best regards, U.
