build dynamic code for eCharts

I am trying to developer a nested pie chart where the outer ring is showing hours on clocl and the inner ring is pise chart that will show what hours are being used. I am using eCharts 3 - nested pie example. I have been trying to develop this myself but I am wasting too much time on it so thought I would outsource it. I want there to be a black line between each hour and a label showing the hour. Each hour should alternate colour ie colour 1, colour 2, colour 1. Attached is the code I currently have and the image it generates. Ideally I would like this to dynamically generate such that I can just set colour 1 and colour 2.
