Please read full description before contacting me. I assigned the development of an android app to a small company but, without asking, they made it to require server connectivity. As a result the contract was broken and I am left with the APK code. I would like someone to work on it and make it standalone so that it does not need to connect to a server. Please note: I am NOT interested in re-developing the APP, I am looking for a fix.
