OpenVPN to connect to a Windows PPTP Server

I work in the field and travel most of the time.
Our company is switching from PPTP/mppe VPN servers overy to OpenVPN , like most companies in the US.
The problem is, OpenVPN does not support transparent 100% data from a client to a server like old PPTP mppe does, so we cannot access local to the server Web based content with OpenVPN.
The Project is to make OpenVPN support PPTP/mppe so it can connect to existing Microsoft VPN Servers.
Im looking to hire someone that thinks it is possible to get a OpenVPN client on a Amazon Firestick (stripped down Android OS) to connect to a Windows VPN Server running PPTP / mppe.
