Need to design one page for an existing android app - 2dayss

Hello all, we already have one native android app, here the main core page is live chatting, looks like its a group chatting, lot of people will add their comment (live comments), so within a second we will have nearly 30 to 50 comments, we didn't satisfy that portion, so we are looking some design experts to fulfil that place. We attached the current app page. What we need: 1. We need a thumbs up icon same like facebook messenger, it needs to be enabled/disabled by code. If we click it needs to add in chat list with shake animation. 2. We need list adapter same like whatsapp behaviour. 2.1 While live comment is adding if user scroll up the page, user needs to stay on that point, if new message is added by others, we need one down icon with no of new messages, if he click the icon user needs to come down to bottom. 2.2 If user already is bottom of the page, if any new message is added that comment needs to add and user needs to scroll to bottom. Page needs to look more professional. The above behaviour will be test thoroughly before moving further. Note: After complete this module you need to help the previous developer to implement your code in the existing project without any lack, if any one already have the same behaviour code will buy that, no need new one from scratch.
